Flexible hoursWe schedule you with clients based on your availability, whether you are looking for two hours a week or fortyResources to benefitsWe can connect you with representatives for ComPro marketplace and Aflac supplemental insurance who can help you put together a plan that fits with your needsTheir offerings include health, life, dental, vision, and accidental policiesCompetitive payOur wages are matched to experience and qualification, and are up to $3.00 above the eastern Nebraska averageWeekly paychecks, mailed or directly deposited every Friday. Paid on-the-job trainingAll initial training and shadowing is paidNo medical certification or prior experience is required--we coach you through the specifics of caring for each client individuallyPaid travelWe pay for your time and your mileage for any commute that is 30 miles or fartherWe also pay time and mileage for any errands or appointments within shifts, or for any drive from one client's house to anotherRoom for advancementWe want to give you the resources you need to develop as a caregiver, including continued educationTo this end, we offer five levels of advanced and specialty training through CareAcademy, and a $40 bonus for the completion of each oneWe also offer up to a dollar increase in your normal wages within the first year of working, and access to a mentoring programExperienced caregivers have the opportunity to talk with us about becoming a Team Lead--a special position which connects them more closely to the training and scheduling and mentoring of othersHoliday payWe pay time-and-a-half for any major holidays you provide care onEmployee referral bonusRefer a qualified candidate and, as a thank you, we'll offer you a $150 referral bonus once the employee has been with us for 6 months--and another $150 when he or she has worked with us for a year This job is:
